Who seeks care at Body Audit USA
You may see yourself in one of these journeys. Whatever brings you in — lipedema or lymphedema, post-surgical recovery, or a depleted perimenopausal season — the promise is the same: real solutions through manual lymphatic drainage and compression management, plus the self-massage skills and education to keep you in control between sessions.

Her 20s · Living with lipedema
She carries more than anyone sees — irregular swelling, an unpredictable cycle, the quiet fear that family planning is slipping away. With manual lymphatic drainage and lipedema-literate care, her body becomes intelligible again and her equilibrium returns. She stops fighting it and starts working with it — free to plan, and to dream big.

Her late 30s · Perimenopause & the empty nest
Her first child leaves for college, and that same week her perimenopausal body — brittle and depleted — breaks a tooth. She’s done bright-and-busy at the foot of every hill, but she isn’t having fun anymore. With lymphatic and CranioSacral work to refill her reserves, the next summer finds her back on the water, in flow, with her family.

Her early 40s · Reconnecting with her body
Her body changed and her clothes stopped feeling like hers — she’d lost the thread of who she was. With manual lymphatic drainage, CranioSacral work, and self-massage she can do at home, the swelling and the static settle and she finds her footing again — until she’s the one dancing in the red dress, fully herself.

Her late 40s · Surgical recovery
She pushed herself to exhaustion — until the answer became a surgical change. Afterward she feels fragile and out of control. With post-surgical manual lymphatic drainage and a compression strategy built just for her, the swelling softens and her strength returns — until she is back at the table, assured and in command of her evening and her life.

Her 50s · Data-driven
Sleep at 4h 58m, recovery low, weight sliding for no good reason — her trackers said what she wouldn’t: she was running on empty. Manual lymphatic drainage and deep nervous-system rest brought her sleep, recovery, and resilience back into range — until she’s the one leading the room again, fully in command.

Before and after your procedure — drainage, compression strategy, and confident healing.

Recovery and resilience for demanding bodies and long miles.
About
I founded Body Audit USA to create the recovery care I wished existed when I was struggling with swelling, pain, nervous-system overload, and post-surgical healing. For more than three decades I’ve worked with people recovering from trauma, inflammation, surgery, chronic stress, and complex lymphatic conditions.
My work blends clinical training — lymphatic, CranioSacral, Reiki, cancer, and maternity care — with pattern recognition, engineering-minded problem solving, and deep respect for how individual every recovery truly is. I believe recovery works best when treatment is thoughtful, adaptive, and collaborative — not rushed, painful, or one-size-fits-all.
Appropriate work, delivered with generous and calm attention.

Insurance & PIP
We can electronically bill your provider and work with accident (PIP) and health claims. We are not currently in-network, but Washington’s “Every Category of Provider” law and a clear prescription often make out-of-network reimbursement possible — especially with prepaid Sprint packages and defined treatment goals.

Through gentle, rhythmic strokes, MLD accesses the immune system, moves debris, and detoxifies the interstitial tissues. Deeper strokes address structures in the abdomen and can break up fibrosis to regenerate lymphatic flow. The work involves consenting access to lymph nodes at the neck, underarms, belly, and groin.
The average person stays upregulated for at least 24 hours. For cyclical inflammation, monthly is a good rhythm. People with chronic lymphatic insufficiency or in active recovery often do back-to-back sessions — which is why we offer prepaid “Sprint” packages for rapid progress.
Manual lymphatic work is appropriate before surgery and as early as the day after, with your surgeon’s clearance. Early drainage helps fresh nutrients reach the repair site, reduces swelling, and limits scar tissue.
Lymph clears best when you are completely passive and your nervous system is calm. You can stimulate some siphoning yourself, but you can’t reach the deepest vessels or fully disarm the nervous system on your own. We do that — then teach you what to maintain at home.
Conditionally. We can electronically bill and work with accident (PIP) and health claims, though we are not currently in-network. Email your prescription to anne@bodyauditusa.com to get pre-qualified for out-of-network submission.
By appointment only. Preference is given to prepaid Sprint packages for rapid, lasting progress.
